I believe when the government of any form is done right it is seen as an example.

Collaborate with other City Council members and the Mayor to create a vision for future growth and development of our city

Married for 43 years to the former Mary Theresa Percy Pineville native, Tom is originally from South Carolina. Tom and his wife met in Sarasota, Florida at the Ringling College or Art and Design

Professional degree from Ringling College of Art and Design, honors graduate in Interior Design with an emphasis on Interiors and Architecture
Twenty years working in our Interiors business, and in collaboration with Architects and Building Contractors
